Candace Vanderwater has served as Chief Operating Officer of Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas since 2016. She oversees the program operations in the five-state territory and the administrative operations to include Human Resources, Organizational Excellence (Quality Assurance and Accreditation) and Information Technology.
Suzanne Tobin
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Suzanne Tobin has served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Her role includes leading the Finance and Accounting Department, as well as developing the financial strategy for the affiliate.
